Backups and moving to a new phone

Download a backup from Settings once a month, and restore it on any new device.

A backup is a safety copy. To use the same numbers on two devices, turn on Sync in Settings. Moving without Sync? Restore the backup on the new device.

Make a backup

1. In the app, open Settings.
2. Choose Download a backup and save the file somewhere safe, such as your cloud storage or email to yourself.

Once a month is plenty for most people.

Restore it

1. On the new device, open your private link from the Start Here PDF and add it to your Home Screen.
2. Open Settings, choose Restore a backup and pick your backup file.
