Where are my files?

Your files are on your Etsy Purchases page. Open it in a web browser, because the Etsy app can't download files.

Everything we sell is an instant download from Etsy. Nothing is posted, and nothing is emailed separately.

1. Open etsy.com in a web browser (Safari, Chrome or any other). On a phone, use the browser, not the Etsy app: the app can't download files.
2. Sign in, then go to You → Purchases.
3. Find the order and choose Download files.

Checked out as a guest? Use the download link in your Etsy order email.

What you'll find

• Apps: a Start Here PDF with your private link, a how-to guide, and an offline copy. See adding an app to your Home Screen.
• Spreadsheets: an Open Me PDF with a Google Sheets link for each colourway, and a zip of Excel files. See making your Google Sheets copy.
• Printables: PDFs in A4 and US Letter, sometimes inside a zip. See printing at the right size.
