Making your Google Sheets copy
Tap the link in the Open Me PDF and choose Make a copy. You need a free Google account.
- Open the Open Me PDF from your download.
- Tap the button for the colourway you like. The formulas are the same in every colourway.
- Google asks whether to make a copy. Sign in if it asks, then choose Make a copy.
- Your copy opens, and it's saved in your own Google Drive. Only you can see it.
Good to know
- Type only in the input cells (they have a coloured border). Everything else is worked out for you.
- Example numbers come filled in so you can see how it works. Delete what's in the input cells to start with your own; the formulas stay.
- On a phone, it works best in the Google Sheets app. Setting it up for the first time is easier on a laptop.
- Rather use Excel? The Excel files are in the zip. See Excel and Numbers.
