Opening a zip file

Zips hold several files in one download. Every phone and computer can open them without extra apps.

iPhone and iPad: open the Files app, find the zip in Downloads, and tap it. A folder appears next to it.
Android: open the Files app, find the zip in Downloads, tap it and choose Extract.
Windows: right-click the zip and choose Extract All.
Mac: double-click the zip.

Etsy's own app can't download files, so download from etsy.com in a browser first. See where are my files.
