Habit and Goal Tracker Spreadsheet

One calm place for the year: a habit grid for every month, goals with progress you can see, small steps with dates and a five-minute monthly review. A dashboard with three charts pulls it together. A missed day is just an empty square, and a dash marks a planned rest day.

£7.19 on EtsyUK price, VAT included. Instant download, nothing is posted.

What it does

  • Tracks up to 12 habits, each with a life area and a days-a-week target, in twelve monthly grids
  • Shows each habit as On track, Nearly or Pick it up, in colour and in words; a dash for a rest day lowers the target instead of counting against you
  • Tracks up to 12 goals by a number (start, target, now) or by their steps, with progress against how much of the time has gone
  • Keeps goal steps with due dates: done, this week or overdue
  • Shows the whole year on one planner page, with weekends shaded and today picked out
  • Adds a monthly review (mood and energy scores, plus the best thing, the hard thing and one change) and a dashboard with three charts

What you get

  • Four colourways: Pastel, Bright, Dark and Earthy
  • For each colourway: an Excel file with example numbers, a blank Excel file and a Google Sheets copy link
  • A PDF with the Google Sheets link for each colourway
  • A zip of the Excel files (.xlsx)

Good to know

  • Type the year once and every date updates, so you can use it for 2027 or any year
  • Works in Google Sheets (free Google account needed to make your copy) and Excel 2016 or newer
  • Input cells have a coloured border; everything else is worked out and protected, with no macros to enable
  • Not a medical or therapy tool; a planner to help you notice what is working
